April 1st

No I am not pulling a April Fools joke.

April 1st is

when I start training again.

I really want to do another 5k and

RUN

the whole thing.

I found this training program called

"couch to 5k"

The idea is to get you running 3 miles non stop in about 2 months.

It is finally getting warm outside and so here I am back again!
